1. 7-Day Refund Window
We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase for eligible transactions. Refund requests must be submitted within this timeframe and meet all eligibility criteria below. After 7 days, all sales are final.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are granted at our sole discretion and only under the following circumstances:
- The plugin has a critical technical defect that prevents its core functionality
- The defect cannot be resolved by our support team within a reasonable timeframe
- You have provided a detailed explanation of the issue and cooperated with troubleshooting
- The request is made within 7 days of purchase
- You have not violated our Terms of Service
Important: Refunds are not automatically granted simply because you changed your mind or found the plugin difficult to use. We provide detailed documentation and support to help you get the most value from our products.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Purchases made more than 7 days ago
- Subscription renewals (cancellations only)
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Difficulty using the plugin without attempting to contact support
- Incompatibility with third-party tools not mentioned in our documentation
- License misuse or violations of Terms of Service
- Requests made after substantial use of the plugin
4. How to Request a Refund
Before requesting a refund, we strongly encourage you to contact our support team. Most issues can be resolved quickly with proper guidance.
To request a refund:
- Email support@framersea.com with "Refund Request" in the subject line
- Include your order number and purchase email address
- Describe the specific issue you're experiencing
- Confirm you've reviewed our documentation and attempted basic troubleshooting
- Allow our team 2-3 business days to review and respond
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that don't meet our eligibility criteria.
5. Refund Processing Time
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
6. Subscription Cancellations
For recurring subscriptions:
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard
- Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period
- You'll retain access to the plugin until the end of your paid period
- No refunds for partial months if you cancel mid-billing cycle (except for first month)
- You can reactivate a canceled subscription before it expires
7. Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues with our plugins:
- Contact our support team first - we'll work to resolve the issue
- If we cannot resolve critical issues within a reasonable timeframe, you're eligible for a full refund
- Minor bugs or feature requests do not qualify for refunds
8. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you believe you have a valid reason for a refund outside of this policy, please contact us at support@framersea.com. We'll review your case individually and do our best to find a fair solution.
9. License Revocation
Upon receiving a refund:
- Your license key will be immediately deactivated
- You must stop using the plugin
- You will lose access to any updates or support
- Any downloaded files should be deleted

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
