1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using FramerSea's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (plugins and documentation) on FramerSea's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on FramerSea's website
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
• Share your license key with others or use it on more sites than your plan allows

3. License Terms and Restrictions

Each plugin or product comes with its own specific license terms, including:

• Number of websites or projects allowed
• Commercial use permissions
• Client project usage rights
• Transfer and sharing restrictions
• Update and support duration

You must review and comply with the specific license terms for each product you purchase. These details are provided:

• On the product page before purchase
• In your purchase confirmation email
• In your account dashboard under each license

General Restrictions: Regardless of license type, you may NOT:

• Share your license key with others
• Use the product on more websites/projects than your license allows
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense our products
• Modify the product in ways that circumvent license restrictions

4. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms. You are responsible for:

• Safeguarding your password and account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your account information remains accurate and up-to-date

5. Payments and Subscriptions

All payments are processed securely through our payment provider, Polar.sh:

• Prices are listed in USD and may change with notice
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
• You will be charged at the beginning of each billing period
• Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our plugins or services:

• For any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or those of others
• To reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our plugins
• To remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• To redistribute, resell, rent, lease, or sublicense our products to third parties
• To circumvent or disable any license validation or security features
• To use beyond the scope of your purchased license (e.g., on more sites than allowed)
• To create derivative works or competing products based on our plugins
• In a manner that could damage, disable, or impair our services or interfere with other users

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our plugins and website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of FramerSea and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Updates and Support

For active licenses and subscriptions:

• You receive free updates for the duration of your license/subscription
• Priority email support is provided
• We strive to respond within 24-48 hours on business days
• Updates may include new features, bug fixes, and compatibility improvements
• We cannot guarantee support for modified or customized plugins

9. Disclaimer

The materials on FramerSea's website and products are provided on an 'as is' basis. FramerSea makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

10. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall FramerSea or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on FramerSea's website, even if FramerSea or a FramerSea authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the service will immediately cease
• You must cease all use of our plugins
• All provisions which should survive termination shall survive
• No refunds will be provided for violations of Terms

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which FramerSea operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
